Infinite Cycle
A very innovative way to make a spin class way more fun. Huge fan of Infinite Cycle as the bikes move and you just sweat so much. You literally blink and the class is over and all you have to show for it is your t-shirt drenched in sweat.Its a great low impact workout with fantastic instructors. Come along and give it a go!
