I have not had a good experience with Highlands Double Bay since they took over my old real estate.After a dispute with a bond claim, I made my agreed amount payment with Daniela.They have attempted to take an additional $700 from my account with no contact or advice they were doing so.This real estate does not care about its tenants and are money hungry and will do anything to get your money.I’m appalled at this experience and disappointed in Daniela lying on the phone to me.I will be escalating this further and lodging a complaint against them.

From our initial phone call, she was clearly an area expert and able to answer all my questions and concerns. I was happy with her strategy for the sale of the property, the recommended sale range and the ease with which the sale and marketing process commenced.
