Department of Housing

no one is there to answer there phone calls!! ongoing problem for 9 months still getting no place with this department

Unprofessional and arrogant, they falsely accused me of lying, and a community member, accused me of coercing my Doctor. I was also told that I was paying dead rent, and would be evited for being away from my unit, for spending 1 or 2 days at a friends place. When they have given people unit's, that don't live in them and are only there for a rent inspection. The rest of the year these people live some where else. They can't even follow there own rules, or change them to suit themselves.They tell you one thing, then someone else tells you something else, then you get told that person shouldn't have said that.It's just to bad I had to give the one star, as they don't deserve it.

Staffs are very helpful and kind

There is a work there name Brad Tate and he treats the housing tenants like there in prison very sad for a government orginization

Great service, didn't have to wait long in the queue.
