Australian Staffing Agency

Was informed I had a placement but there would be 1 month delay before the position started. Called back 1 month later, was told the position was delayed and they would call me back next week. Received no call, called again 1 month later asking about the placement. Told again, it was delayed, would be called back next week. Received no call, called again 1 month later asking about placement. Told for a third time it was delayed and would be called back next week. For a third time, received no follow up call.ASA seems to be one of those job agencies that does little more than dangle people from strings so they have active case files to show for it. They do not seem to care for people who badly need work.

Did a 3 weeks project through ASA. The agents were really helpful, joyful and responsive. They made sure everything was organised and that they were always there when we needed them. Awesome team work. The rate that was offered was also okay.Only downside is that I have not heard anything from them since then, no feedback aswel (not that I need another project or job from them as I do have a fulltime job now). And it would have been nice to receive a feedback email regarding the project.

ASA is the first job agency i’ve worked with here in Australia. Everything works really good with them since they are really professional and know how to find a good solution to adapt to you. After a quick review of my CV they proposed me a great job in one of their big partner companies. They are also always available to help in case of problems or special requests.I definitely recommend it to people that are really interested to work and maybe build a future career with their help.Thank you!
