Booking a unit is easy. Access is great as you can get to your things anytime between 5am & 9pm. Staff are friendly. Location is good. The problem with this place is that they charged me a full months rental for one day. Not even one day - if a new day starts at midnight, then I was charged $449 for 11 hours as I vacated my unit at 11am. When I asked if a refund of any kind was possible, I was told no. $449 for 10 hours is ridiculous.

Really great customer service, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy; well managed. Security is good. I highly recommend this place.

Used for one year and they proved secure, cost effective; customer friendly and I was even able to cancel everything via email when the time came. Small issue experienced with driving lanes once as the corners prove a little tight. Resolved by not parking near corners.

Bought 2 items & they Don't except cash, had to pay by card. Attendant seemed grumpy. A Smile makes a friendly environment.

I ended my contract a few days after the the beginning of the month payment came out was told the difference would be refunded into my account when I called to enquire about how long the refund would take I was told that they had just changed their policy and no longer refund the difference they have stolen the 3 weeks extra rent and basically told me to cop it when I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone that could actually sort this I was told make a complaint and deal with it ,it is absolutely disgusting service they did not notify me of any changes in my contact nor when they raised my monthly rental cost 1 month after changing units it’s disgraceful service I wouldn’t recommend using there facilities they charge more than any other storage facility and don’t contact tenants when making changes to your contact
