Grant did a really excellent job fixing our Toyota windscreen, he was able to fix all of the leaks and not crack the glass. He was very friendly, explained everything, and was efficient. Would definitely use these guys again, great value and so easy to organise. Thanks guys!!

Cannot fault the service received today in having windscreen replaced by Grant. Very professional and explained everything in detail whilst carrying out the replacement. From first contact and requesting a quote, I found the team very professional and keen to help out. Jeff you are the man. He did a great job on my Honda CR-V car . Got my rear windscreen replaced by Jeff. He made sure everything was perfect and in fact he fixed up my bent wiper motor as well. Thanks Jeff. Definitely recommend this business

Daniel and the team at National Windscreens Frankston were amazing to deal with. Very friendly and extremely helpful, which is what you need after dealing with insurance companies. I generally don't write reviews, but couldn't go past doing one on this occasion, with such great service! Matt & Jeff were amazing! They were punctual, friendly and made me feel at ease. They told me to sit back and relax and my windscreen was done in no time! They even took the stickers off my old windscreen and put them on my new one! They went through the next steps and what I needed to do clearly so I understood. It's so great to have people like Matt & Jeff represent National Windscreens with their exceptional customer service. Well done - they were amazing!!!

The team at National Windscreens Frankston were the only people who were keen to take on a complicated windscreen installation for me. Unlike the other windscreen installers, they were actively interested in the job and they listened to my concerns. They worked with me to find a high quality solution. The installers (Shannon and Grant) were respectful, enthusiastic, and took a pride in their work. I have dealt with several windscreen installers and this is the only company that I have found to have such a positive attitude and the skill level that I'm looking for. In addition to all these positives, they fully guarantee their work.
