There was a mix up with an order of a pin lock for my Arai helmet. The level of service the guys went to to fix the mix up was second to none. Awesome service. Very happy. Will definitely be back.

BEST BIKE SHOP AROUND5 STARS.Customer service is 10, if you already know what you want, they won't twist your your arm into something else, only suggest something possibly better quality on sale perhaps! Was just in the store, originally to buy a helmet for our 3yr old daughter and ended up walking out with a lot more, “kids in a candy store!” Cameron served us and was super informative and helpful, definitely knew his stuff! Your a bloody legend! Thanks cam! See you on the track 1 day!

They advertise as having the best prices for motorcycle gear and accessories. Sorry but far from it. I'm a local and have purchased a lot of stuff from AMA at Yatala but was very disappointed with the lack of competitive pricing with my latest purchase being a Revit Sand 4 h2o jacket. AMA had it advertised for a reduced price of $799.95 instead of $850 for the silver/black colour. I wanted the camo brown colour which they didn't have in stock. I asked the young bloke who worked there (no complaints with him) how long to get in the camo brown one. While he was away I checked on my phone and found EasyR based in Brisbane who had one in my size for $721 delivered! Big difference between $850 and $721!!After checking the young bloke came back and said they could get me a jacket in maybe a week or so and the price was $850. I asked why not the reduced price of $799. He said he didn't know. I also asked would AMA price match and he said No it was not company policy.Needless to say I ordered the jacket I wanted online and it arrived 3 days later.AMA if you advertise best prices" then stick to what you say else it's false advertising in my opinion."

Don't buy from these liers ! Purchased online motodry bags didn't fit my bike ? Wen I bought it to there attention to Micheal Martin he told me via email straps be delivered Friday! Friday came no straps ?contacted him again via email oh you got to pay for them 1st lol I don't appreciate been lied too or taking as a fool stay away from these crooks once you buy! they won't want to know you !

Such good service here! Always get helped straight away and the guy was so patient and helpful with me picking out a bag that suited my needs (and had to get them down from a tall wall). The place is also huge so have almost everything you need.Only bad thing is I wanted to buy fox motion boots but they don’t stock in my size so had to go elsewhere.Otherwise this is my favourite store ever

Peter was super helpful in helping me find my first helmet! Explained everything in depth and provided me with multiple options! Even though I took a while to work out what one I wanted he never gave up on helping me. Great salesperson and even better bloke!
