Found what we were after thanks to the help of a employee. But my goodness very poor enthusiasm by the staff member, didn’t respond to our question of where what we were after was. Just looked at us in silence and walked us to the item. Could’ve been having a bad day but won’t be rushing back any time soon

Customer service is terrible,I came in today,super happy to pick up my order,I said hello i came to pickup my order,the guy at the cashier said “end…”my response was so…I’m here.The guy didn’t like my comment and threatened me that he can refuse selling me products.Then I asked for a refund on delivery 12$Because I came to pick up the order,the cashier said that it’s my problem,I spent 200$ in that store,and that’s the response I’ve received.Shame on you!Never before I received such terrible service.sorry I can’t put minus on the stars rating .

Smaller store than other repcos but has a good range of stuff. Staff are fast, friendly and helpful. Was in and out with what I needed in 6 minutes.

Young staff and maybe new, his name is Alex kept swearing during served me. Of course he did what he had to do during services me as a customer but so annoyed that I have to stand and listen to young guy swearing non-stop. Another lady staff tried to help him correct what he did wrong on the computer but he acted like he knew what's he doing and still wrong. Problems with young people this day, no manners, no customer skills and not considerable.

I only ever leave positive reviews, but this time I had to write a negative. I had the worst service. Wasn’t even acknowledged by 2 people standing at the counter. They weren’t even on the ph or with another cust. It was 10 mins before closing, 4.50 and she was so rude, I can’t remember the last time I received such disgusting service and I was polite from the start. Never ever going there again, even if it’s the closest store to me.

John and the guys are legends, had to replace the battery on my car on the spot, lent me tools to do it (against company policy) and great advice while they were getting absolutely smashed at 445pm with customers everywhere and the phone ringing non stop. Have not had customer service like that in a long time.
