Mermaid is such a fun, friendly club. We love our Physie and at Mermaid there is a lovely focus on family and team work as well as technique, strength and flexibility. I can see my daughter loving all the different dance styles in one and developing confidence, resilience and building lasting friendships.

Such a great family friendly club for all ages. My 4 year old daughter loves Physie, her caring teachers and all the friends she has made - and as a mum of 3, I appreciate the outlet each week at ladies class to do something for myself.

I have been a member of Mermaid Beach Physie for 5 years. As a 'mature' lady I just love how friendly, encouraging and supportive this club is. Physie is such a great sport/activity/exercise for all ages and I love how Mermaid caters for all ages! The club is also well organised and well overseen by a dedicated and enthusiastic committee.

A friendly, caring and family orientated physie club with very experienced teachers. All students are encouraged and supported to work towards their own individual goals. Most importantly the students have FUN. Would definitely recommend to girls of all ages!!

Mermaid Beach is such a friendly club - I love how girls of all ages become such great friends, helping and supporting each other, they are like family. Best of all it is a sport that I can share with my daughters, sisters and best friends to keep fit and have fun along the way!

Mermaid Physie & Dance
I have been a member with Mermaid Beach Physical Culture. There are so many positives with this club and this sport. Everyone is so supportive. We have fun and learn new dances which we can learn to compete with at the end of each year. I am over 50 and this sport helps to keep me strong and flexible. I have life long friendships with the lovely ladies around me. We get to travel around together during competitions and lots of fun. Especially the pyjama parties at the end of the day. I highly recommend everyone to come and join Mermaid Beach Physie!
