I invested in Solari Energy in 2014 and have been highly disappointed with the level of customer service and communication I have received. Despite repeated attempts to reach out for updates and feedback on my investment, I have been met with silence and am still waiting for a response.The lack of transparency and inability to get any information about the status of my investment is unacceptable. I expected a company I trusted with my money to provide minimum customer service, but this has yet to happen.I am highly disappointed with how things have been handled, and I regret investing with [Company Name]. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for investment, as the lack of communication and feedback is unacceptable.In conclusion, Solari Energy and its CEO Doug Fletcher’s disregard for its investors and lack of customer service has resulted in a negative experience. Id I will be exploring other options for my investments in the future.
