PEUGEOT North Shore

I took my Citroen for an issue with air condition and general service, the quote for aircon was extremely high so I didn’t go ahead, after oil change, I realised a massive leakage, I took my car back to them and they said it happened from my previous service. They were not able to fix the problem. They told me they will call me to arrange the parts to come from France but that never happened. They told me that they will send me emails about the source of issue, and nothing happened. No one is responsible for anything. I paid 700$ just for oil change and I took my care somewhere else to fix their work. Give it a try and call workshop. They never take the calls. Also, all staff are apprentices. In overall, it was my worse experience in my car service.

Johnie at Peugeot Artarmon with his service team did a SUPERB job on fixing my Peugeot 206C convertible roof. Excellent outcome and a strong personal work ethic. The roof had an electrical fault and was no longer opening. It now opens.

If there was an option for zero stars, that's what Peugeot North Shore would receive.on 26 Jan 2022, my Peugeot 208 had a fan belt failure which caused other damage including the air conditioning compressor. The car was under warranty and Peugeot Artarmon agreed to the repairs under warranty.Today is 11 March 2022 and the car is still not repaired. The compressor had to come from France. It arrived approx 14 Feb 2022 but was the wrong part. The correct part has still not arrived and no one from Peugeot North Shore has ever called me to give me an update.Every time I call the service manager, I get excuses or the phone is not answered. I leave messages and never get a call back. I call reception instead and get put on hold automatically and no one ever answers the phone. This is hopeless.I managed to talk to the service manager on 2 March 2022 and finally receive a loan car.More follow up calls - no answer from service or reception and messages left on voicemail are ignored.The service is appalling. I hope someone from Peugeot is reading this - I expect immediate action and the courtesy of an email with an apology, and contact details of a senior manager who will fix up this awful mess.I will take this to Fair Trading if I have no answer by close of business Monday 14 March 2022

I looked at a lot of other cars on the same day and not one other sales agent took the time with me that Andy did. He got me in to do a test drive with no fuss. All around a great experience.
