I went into this shop today and told the young lady I think her name was abby she was unbelievable knew exactly what I needed and the both workers didn't catch the ladies name climbed ladder in the back and produced the exact bag that I was looking for just fantastic service best ever really because this young lady knew what it was that I was after so thank you

I recently bought American Tourist bags from Strandbags Nambour.I discussed what size to buy with the sales representatives, I specifically notified them I would be travelling frequently to North America, in which I would then be travelling domestically within Canada and US.There was at no point any mention to check the size allowance for suitcases on any airlines, nor did they mention that the two 80 cm suitcases I ended up purchasing may be considered oversized"It is not until now that I am trying to book my domestic flights within Canada I have been made aware that these suitcases that I spent hundreds of dollars on
