Langley Motor Body Repairs

I spoke with them on th 17th of march to organise a quote for an insurance claim. Over the next few weeks they lied to me each time I called stating they had put through the claim to the RAA, I contacted the RAA on the 6th of April and they had not put the quote in. Literally just lying to me every call up to that point and blaming the RAA in the process. Now as a result of their lies and poor sevice I am another month away from any type of work getting done on the car.

I had to have two repairs within 6 weeks, caused by my careless mishaps. My dealership recommended them and I was happy with their quotes since I did not go through my insurance company. They did a great job (thanks Angelo) and I would highly recommend them.

Very helpful when I needed a small scrape polished out. The gentleman came out of the office and polished it himself, gratis! - I can't even see where the scrape was. Great service. Thank you Langley Motor Body Repairs.

Fantastic bunch of guys who really go above and beyond to make sure they've done a good job. Easy to see why they're an RAA approved repairer. Highly recommend!

I share the same experience with Michael, who also gave them a 1 star review. We had a car crash at the start of May and the manager lied to us for 7 weeks. He told us that the parts had been ordered and that the car was almost ready but in fact they hadn’t even ordered parts and the repairs had not been started. He was alsoImpossible to reach, we had to drive to the repair place each time to get updates as they would not reply to voice mails, text messages, phone calls. Finally I had to complain to RAA who got involved but after wasting weeks because of that car crash business, now we have to pay for weeks of expensive car rental. The worst business I had to deal with in Adelaide so far. Not sure why they lied instead of telling us straight up what the problem was, then we could have made an informed decision.

Was recommended by German Auto to come here for a mend and was very happy I did. Darryl, the owner I imagine, has old-fashioned charm and gives you that great customer satisfaction so rarely experienced these days. They had my car for three days & kept me informed of the progress with regular updates. Best part, they even washed & cleaned my car. Highly recommend them!

This place and the owner Darryl are BEYOND AMAZING !!If we could give it a 100 stars we would ! 5 STARS IS SIMPLY NOT ENOUGH !Amazing workmanship for our car that had a destroyed front bumper, and side, which had also affected the internals that required a fair bit of diagnostics and fixing. Darryl, the proprietor of the business is the kindest, most respectful, honest person around. I just had some work done on a xw gt replica project car and the paintwork on the grille surround came out fantastic.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely useless company. Had my car in there for 5 months and they did absolutely nothing but let it sit. They lied to me via emails and phone calls saying they were working on it,but they weren’t.the only way I found out was when I called my insurance company and they told me that Langley hadn’t even put on a quote for the repairs.I went to Langley told them I wasn’t happy with what had happened and they just completely ignored me and didn’t even bother to fix the situation or apologise.I took my car else where. Avoid this place
