The building has video doorbell, 2 lifts, limited parking space. Rooms are spacious and have big picture windows. Blinds are sunblockers. Terrace is not too wide but wide enough.

Caveat Emptor Let the buyer beware". We signed up for one of these apartments in February 2016 with a verbal understanding that they were scheduled to start at the end of March 2016. We completely understand that there are always delays in the construction game
