Lovely items but very rude and condescending young lady who was working on Wednesday 3rd of November. Would not even answer a quick question I had and kept all her focus and energy on 1 person despite the fact there were others waiting to ask a simple question.

The woman who saw that I was a younger woman than her other customers said I couldn’t try on the rings I wanted to buy unless I showed her some form of ID…. Saying it’s “company procedure” when it wasn’t for the other customers before me and at other Angus and Coote stores. On top of that she was rude and condescending. Never going back there.
