This branch is such a disappointment We order online with 3 items. then we received a notification that our Order" is ready for collection.Went to collect then was informed that only one item is ready and have to come back to when the item is ready."Order Ready for Collection" means the whole order 3 items not one item. Then we will have to waste another trip and petrol to collect the order items.I have contacted the customer service and the reply i get from the "Jeff the Store Manager" was a slap to my face. "If you need your item to be delivered pay the delivery charge of $129".Not the reply i expected to resolve this issue."

Spacious Freedom furniture in the west, next to Costco. Went in for click and collect online order. No issue at all and staffs were helpful and great.

Absolute disappointment!I bought a coffee table and was damaged upon opening the box. I have emailed through the photos the same day we had the table , I can’t Fathom how as a customer I will need to wait 7-10 days to have “my claim “ assessed by somebody until I hear back ..the table has been taking up so much space just sitting there , a REFUND should be provided it’s not that difficult of a task .. I emailed again on the 5th day no response , went into the store the staff at Casula show no interest and do not assist you in anyway . I will not be purchasing anything from freedom in future nor would I recommend their hopeless service ..

Had a good experience purchasing our outdoor lounge here. Most staff were polite and a delight to interact with, particularly Khaled who was knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase. The ladies in the bed/mattress department and homewares were also pleasant during our visit.

So utterly disappointed with the service I have received from freedom.We ordered 5x dining chairs from freedom Casula, 2 of which arrived damaged. I don’t hold this against freedom as these things happen; however, the response that we have received has definitely tainted our experience.Upon receiving the chairs we noticed one had a scuff mark which was disappointing but we have learnt to live with( We have been offered $90 for a brand new chair we paid $230 for, so long as we keep it.) , the other chair was completely snapped which made it unusable. We have requested they replace the chair and they have advised us that the chair is discontinued despite it still being available online, when querying this I was told that it would be in a different state so it wouldn’t be available to me…but what I don’t understand it I can still order it online, and have it delivered to me if I pay for it? Which makes it very clear it’s not that they can’t access the chair, or deliver it to me for that fact, it was just one for the too hard basket.I ordered 5 chairs as that is what was required for our table so I requested they come and pick up all of the chairs as I am a chair down. This was not accepted as they require all of the chairs to be damaged for them to take them back, even though they can not supply my complete order.It has now been over a month, no rectification, and no response from freedom since the 20/12.

They follow you around like hawks and offer no proper assistance when it comes to style and what you're looking for. They just want the sale and have really annoying customer service tactics. Walking in the store for 5 minutes you get approached by atleast 4 people repeatedly.Caringbah Freedom has a lot more to offer, they have great interior design stylists and better customer service.

This store displays misleading pricing on their furniture items which is a breach of consumer law.Even when this is brought to their attention, they do not honour the price listed on the ticket but make excuses for their misleading behaviour.

First and only shop I walked into, loved everything I saw and didn't need to go to another shop. Khaled took the time effort and patience to help with the hard decisions but lucky for him it was all a breeze. Great store and good quality furnite will definitely go back.

We were served by team member Nico and have no complaints at all. He was amazing. Took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for but also gave us space to look on our own. High energy and knowledgeable. Will be going back to him everytime! Thank you for making our experience so great Nico!

Most unhelpful and unfriendly customer service. My husband and I went into the store a couple of weeks ago and was contemplating purchasing a coffee table, to which the staff were more than helpful to see if it was in stock. Once they confirmed it was in stock, we agreed to purchase it and take it home, to which they scoffed and said the warehouse was in Kings Park and pushed for delivery since it was going to be too heavy, despite both my husband and I clearly being able to lift it. We left the store as we figured it was too far and we weren't bothered to pay an extra $120 on top of a coffee table that we were splurging on and it was able to fit in our car.I go home that evening and have a look online and see that click-and-collect was an option which the staff instore did not advise us about. Fast forward to when we go to click and collect, my husband waited 20 minutes for a staff member to attend to us. When this person did, they said we don't normally do this" and said it's not going to fit in our car and proceeded to watch my husband lift the box holding a concrete coffee table in the car by himself. A "I'm not sure if it'll fit but I'll help you and we'll give it a try" would have been great but instead
