Went to the Taree office today all the staff were very helpful a big 10/10 to Michael great sense of humour great work.

Was closed today 24/11/2021,aparently due to covid,red and white tape all over the front doors.It would have been nice to see a notice on the door,telling us why they were closed,but there wasn't,we had to go next door to ask why.Usually the service there is great,but they failed today.

Having to transfer a rego today as I couldn't do it online I was dreading going into the RMS dueto recent experiences. I found the new setup awesome and the person who helped me was so helpful. Give it a go heaps better than the old place and staff.

My partner had to renew his Licence.The female ( let's call her Miss Grumpy)failed him on his eye test when covering one eye!Now we all know that nobody drives with oneeye covered( except for Miss Grumpy)He has never had to wear glasses before!He went to an Optometrist who said his vision using both eyes was perfect for driving .He is a Casual driver and lost one and a half days pay because Miss Grumpy has no clue how to do her job correctly .

A very refreshing change , at the counter I was lucky enough to be served by Linda a lady that has helped me in the past , so nice to deal with a person with such a pleasant nature .

Terrible disgusting lack of service. Went there today to have an original Birth Certificate certified. Without even seeing the document, the male responsible for certifying told the chap who went to him, it wasn't an original birth certificate and he wouldn't do it. This lack of service to 2 senior's will be reported.

Yesterday, 31.03. 2021, I went to the Manning Street office because I could not access the 4 voucher offer. A young lady, Amy, not only sorted that matter out but also digitized my life - account opened, addresses updated, driver's licence online, new NSW Services app installed. MARVELLOUS OFFICIAL - NO PRAISE GREAT ENOUGH. And, no, I had never met the lady before. She handled herself with aplomb and humour while dealing with a person with few online skills and an inbuilt aversion to modern technology. Thanks yet again Amy.

I attended today just to get my documents verified for vouchers Tori went out of her way to ensure my request was met. Very quick and on the ball. 100 stars for her effort

I just called in to your Taree office and was really impressed with how incredably helpful staff you have ... I lost my mum on Australia Day and needed to change my name on.my Drivers Licence for legal reason ... I must admit I was struggling on the day but the staff were extremley empathetic which I really appreciated ... please give my heartfelt thanks to Candice, Bec and young Amy .... Staff can be rude and up themself. You spend $299 and they don't bother to give U a receipt cause she would have to get out of her chair n walk 4 metres to a printer. U then go back n ask where is the receipt for the $300, says U didn't ask for receipt, I said I shouldn't have to ! Typical govt workers, do the bare min n they are as happy as a zombie without food for 6 months. Most of these ppl hate their jobs n U can tell they are miserable. Why work there if U hate it ,!! Not great service at Taree this time,Forster is always worse. Up themselves even more there. Power gone to the young ones heads. Shame. But lady at Taree with star trek tattoo on arm very nice n professional, bloke called Mitch was great, but others, nope.
