Big Red Carpet Cleaning Townsville

On two occassions I have used Big Red Carpet Cleaning to meet bond return requirements when vacating my home. I have been completely satisfied with their service, finding the team to be professional, friendly, and helpful. Bonus, they did such a good job, I received my bond back ;-D

So happy with this company!Will be staying with them for my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs in the future!After flooding my bathroom and two bedrooms, They sent technicians here within half an hour. Reception were so understanding. Two technicians, Shane and John were so nice! Made me feel like less of a clown! Quick, clean and professional!Two days of drying out the carpet; they cleaned and relaid it for me! No hassles! They saved my carpets!

This company was used by a vacating tenant of ours and the job was to say the least poor, not only was it poor but the carpets were supposedly completed before the apartment had been actually cleaned . There was no hint that that the carpets had actually been cleaned as there was no cleaning chemical smell evident which you would expect to smell if it had been cleaned a couple of days ago and the apartment being closed up, there was just a stale body odour smell. Big Red was hired as part of a vacate clean with the actual cleaners the tenant arranged so why did they not Co - ordinate to clean carpets after the the actual apartment had been cleaned. I know the apartment was not clean and found out the cleaner went home sick and had to come back 3 days after they supposedly cleaned the carpets. NOT HAPPY. !!!!! Never use them if you want a professional job.

Booking in for a 10 blinds clean and Dee pick up the phone and was so so easy to booking it in with her, fantastic customer service over the phone. When john came out to do the blinds, the blinds come out like branded new! Will be definitely be using them in the near future! Thank you to the team!!

I’ve used big red multiple times over the last few years to have our couch cleaned. With a slobbery dog we get a few marks build up, but each time big red have gotten our couch looking like new. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use in the future. Thank you for helping us get many more years use out of our couch.
