Received Batman money box that has black paint on face and paint scratched off back cape. As it’s a gift I am very disappointed. For $30, surely someone should check the quality before sending.

This is incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. My partner truly wished for this item, so I waited patiently while I was given a tentative date, only to learn that it had been postponed indefinitely. I had to request an update myself because no one followed up on this or provided me with one?And a complete refund is the best you can offer?It's been four months.

Purchased a LoungeFly handbag online for $110. Clearly described as 30cm X 28cm, but when delivered it was only a third of the size - 20cm X 18cm.

Absolutely horrible. Took my money, told me the product was in stock (after I called them to confirm I could come and pick it up I should add), made me go in, then told me they didn't have it and were pretty smug about the fact. Then told me I had to wait a week for my money to go back. So thanks for that guys, really appreciate the lack communication, time wasting and lack of empathy. I would recommend just going to zing or something instead. Or just by online and actually get what you pay for somewhere else.In response to the reply, that's all well in good had you checked on our first phone call and confirmed it, not just telling me to come in and get my product. My review still stands I'm afraid.

I wish I had negative rating. I placed an order and for 11 days there was no movements. I contacted an email several times and there was zero response. when I finally called, they lied about the stock. They never have stock on anything. I ordered for kids birthday and they sat on good 11 days and left me in limbo. When they dont have stock wouldnt commonsense prevail to refund it.worst expeience ... stay away from Minitopia...

This store is fantastic. I live remote, and getting anything like what minitopia had here is hard. I processed an order online, and the contacted me in regards to it. One of the products I had ordered was not instock due to a warehouse error, they selected something else, and reduced the cost to the price of my first choice. They also covered half the cost of delivery as it was free shipping in metro areas only if over $100 was spent. Will for sure be ordering again from the cannington store. Keep up the great work guys, your customer service is fantastic. Thank you also for being patient with me while I was at work while on call. Legends!!!

I have ordered twice from here. They advertise products they don't actually have. First time I had to wait months after paying express shipping. The last time was for Christmas presents they had advertised. Again I was contacted on a later date to say they don't actually have the item I stock. I asked for a refund on the 16th December as I needed to buy other gifts. I still have not received my refund nor the item I got express shipping on. I WANT MY REFUND!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM, WHAT A SCAM!!!

Extremely stoked that we found this seller - and a national business (support local where you can)!Firstly, I ordered this on a Saturday and received a phone call the same day in relation to my order. Customer service was excellent, the young lass was extremely helpful.The item was posted as promised on the Monday, and I received by Friday (express postage to the other East side of Australia).The items (some fragile) were all packaged appropriately and there was not one breakage. I found the prices competitive and a little cheaper than other online shops selling the same product 'locally/nationally'. Great quality and will definitely be return shopping!Thank you so much Minitopia! :D
