Went in today to look for a new suit. Most expertly helped by Aiden who not only made sure I got the right style and fit but went out of his way to get the tailoring done same day. Absolutely exemplary experience from start to finish. I highly commend and recommend Aiden if you’re looking for an expert in his field, a big thumbs up from me!

Would not use again. Had purchased 4 full suits including shirts, belts, shoes etc for my wedding including a custom made suit & it was one stuff around after another! The first problem was they lost one of the groomsmens measurements after great lengths to get him there from a far to be measured, second we were not notified once the suits for ready, third the mens Shirts on collection were covered in lint and fur, they gave us 1 wrong colour shirt AND after all the running around they advised 10 days out from my wedding that the grooms Vest had not been ordered and had to be ordered from Melbourne and may or may not recieve it in time, we had to collect it 2 days out!!! Very unnecessary stress during an already stressful time

Shane and Aiden went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our wedding, couldn’t be happier with the end result. Thanks team, will be back!

We had absolutely fantastic service today from Eli. He really took the time to help my husband find the right suit for him. He was never pushy or rude which you can find in these stores sometimes but made us feel welcome and comfortable. We have brought afew suits over the years because of the line of work my husband is in but hands down best experience we have had. Definitely will be back and 100% recommand to anyone.Couldn't speak more highly of Eli today.Thank you.

Great service and very helpful. Patrick was very helpful in finding suits for my wedding and Groomsmen. He knew what type of suit to use to flatter my features as well as what would suit our style of outdoor wedding. Did a great job at fitting the groomsmen as they came in all shapes and sizes. Very good quality suits and a great price. Made our day very easy and was very good to deal with.

Went into the store today for ideas for an upcoming wedding. Both sales assistants were absolutely wonderful. So knowledgeable and professional. They took their time and didnt make us feel that we were just 'customers'. Cant praise them enough.

I went in today and delt with Shawn the manager. Honestly the best service I've ever had in an suit shop, he knew his information and helped with every question I asked. Will deffently be back soon for my cloths to match my new suit. I'll be spreading the word about this shop.

Shane and the team at PJM in Charlestown are absolute legends. Suit was perfect for my best mates wedding and would return here to this store in a heartbeat. Friendliest people who do exceptional work in making sure you're suited up correctly for any occasion. Highly recommended - cheers guys !!
