I’ve always wanted to complete my Pilates training and when COVID hit, I thought it would be the perfect time. It was great that APPI provided online courses that made it easy and convenient for me to complete my Matwork training. There was plenty of support provided and I thoroughly enjoyed the structure of the learning. I would highly recommend the APPI for Pilates training and certification.

Unite Health offer a very comprehensive, supportive & engaging mat & reformer instructor course. The course is conducted by Physios and extremely experienced Pilates instructors who offer a wealth of knowledge & support to students, especially like myself, who don’t have a sports/physio educational background.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed getting my APPI Pilates Instructor certification through UniteHealth.All the instructors were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and great teachers. If you’re weighing up your options for where to get your Pilates certification, I would advise against going through a completely self-taught course. The in-person and interactive zoom weekend course days were crucial to having a deep understanding of the principles of pilates, and how to effectively teach the movements SAFELY.The course also covers a lot of anatomy which will set you apart as a future pilates instructor, I highly recommend :)

All instructors were very informative and extremely lovely. The facilities where the weekends were held were amazing and the exam process was easy to navigate and book. Would recommend to friends/anyone looking to complete both Mat and Reformer certification.
