Coffee is not the best and disappointed Cold brew is out of order at 12:00pm.I ordered chilli scrambled eggs and i do not like to have Sriracha Hot Sauce on top of scramble eggs.It was good day to have brunch occasion.

A delightful cafe, beautiful environment, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. The milkman’s tofu was a unique and super tasty feed with generous portions and great Asian inspired flavours (awesome vegetarian option though we added salmon). Great open seating area with lots of 2 and 4 table options (couldn’t see anything for bigger groups). Ideal for small families or a quick bite as a couple. A lovely hidden gem in Murrumbeena - would definitely come back again

Jack the Milkman is a gem of a cafe that exceeds expectations. With its exceptional chicken burgers that burst with flavor and lattes that transport you to coffee heaven, it's a culinary experience you won't want to miss. Coupled with the friendly staff and cozy ambiance, this cafe is a definite must-visit. I can't wait to return to Jack the Milkman to indulge in their delicious offerings once again.

Great interior design makes the space light and airy. Bigger than it looks from outside with lots of dining space. Great coffee arrived in lovely mugs with easy to hold handles (rarer than you think).We both had the Potato Hash and it was delicious. Beetroot bernaise was inspired and the addition of sour cream and chives on the side was tasty.We will definitely be back!

Been to this cafe a couple of times, lovely customer service, great coffee and definitely a great menu to feed myself, kids and my elderly mother. It has no steps as well as a disabled toilet. Great for the whole family. I'll definitely be going back!

Jack the Milkman is an amazing cafe that I recently discovered. Their chicken burgers are absolutely fantastic - juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The lattes are equally impressive, with a heavenly blend of espresso and creamy foam. The staff is very friendly, and the cozy ambiance adds to the overall charm. it's a must-visit for burger and coffee lovers alike!

Very hearty breakfast of beans, poached eggs, chorizo, avocado, pistachios with a side of bacon was extremely tasty and a great size. Not at all pricey either. Fairly quick turnaround too & coffee nice. A smile, instead of a grunt, would have been nice, that was the only downside.

The new kid on the block in Murrumbeena and it is a ripper.Located in the old Milk Bar on Kangaroo Road (just down from Poath Road) this is our new go to Breakfast and Brunch spot.The outside still looks like the old Milk Bar. The addition of some outside tables with umbrellas hints that this is in fact not the cramped and dark little shop it once was.The interior has been completely revamped and it is wonderful - with neat little nooks, cushioned benches and a very well laid out dining area. Plants and cool lights finish it off. The ambience inside is good. Not too noisy. Not too cramped.Now for the menu. There are some twists on your classic breakfast Cafe fare and they are really good.The Eggs Benedict is served with pulled pork, Mushroom, spinach and a rich saffron hollandaise sauce that works really well.The Berry pancakes were perfect. Light and fluffy with Berry compote, banana slices, slivers of almond and whole pistachios topped off with ice cream. They were not sickly sweet and the nuts added that little bit extra.Presentation of the meals is outstanding.Meal sizes are very large. We both swapped meals at one point but were unable to finish either serving.Coffee was okay - not strong enough - needed an extra shot for the larger cup size. Chai latte was the same - it just needed to be stronger. Temperature was perfect and taste was okay - it just needed that extra shot.Staff were fast and friendly.Will definitely be going back to try some of the other menu items.
