I am a tenant, renting a property managed by Joanna Vazouras. Every time I speak with Joanna, she is polite, respectful and kind. Beyond that, she is prompt and easy to communicate with. She has always returned my emails within 24 hours, and appropriately actions the same. I feel that Jo manages both my interests and the owner's interests very well. Once I break into the property market, I would be pleased to have my property managed by Jo. For now, I am grateful to have an effective property manager as a tenant!
