After researching a few plumbing services I wanted a local, Penrith plumber with years of experience. I found Aaron's business via Google and was very impressed with the reviews. Hoping they were true, I rang the mobile provided and Aaron answered within three rings and took the time to listen to my issue and considered the solution/s. He then gave me an ETA - same day - and arrived on time. He fixed the leak quickly, cleaned up very well and took the time to have a quick, friendly chat. I was very impressed with Aaron, his work and his business. I will definitely call on him again.

Aaron came out to help us with leaking copper pipe that sprung a leak in the wall - and he was excellent! He came exactly when he said he would, he took his shoes off in the house before coming in without being asked, he charged less then the over the phone quote once he could gauge in person, he fixed the issue quickly and well, and he explained what was happening as he went. Very professional.I can quickly, easily and confidently recommend him!!

Aaron was extremely helpful and responsive to a rather urgent and delicate situation - we had to make some bathroom modifications so that my mum could come home from hospital. Aaron came out and gave us some advice on possible solutions and had the products ordered and installed in only a few days. We have new showerheads and taps that are functional and easy to use to shower my mum. Aaron is such a down to earth guy to deal with, and having the owner of the business turn up and do the work was great! I cant praise him enough, honest and reliable and did an amazing job! I called Penrith City Plumbing to rectify a leaking shower at an investment property. From the initial call, to completion of works, Aaron's communication has been great advising the extent of work required and the next steps involved and liased with the tenant to coordinate returning to site. Would highly recommend and would use for future works.

I had a broken water main under my water meter, I contacted a few plumbers for quotes ranging from $890 to $7500.I was very pleased to talk to Aaron from Penrith City Plumbing Services. He asked for a description of the job and was keen to get here and fix it. When requested a quote, I asked him if he could give a ballpark figure approximately what he thinks it could cast me. He confidentiality repliedHe asked a few questions and said he would be surprised if it cost me more than $580.He called me and showed up quicker than I expected. And got straight to work, the slab was removed and the hole was dug in minutes. The job whole was done in around 20 minutes.Honest professional and efficient and It only ended up costing me $250!! Unbelievable since other plumbers had quoted up to $7500!!I am so thankful for Aaron's help. He definitely has my future business.I would recommend his service to anyone requiring a plumber.

Aaron was polite, professional and turned up on time.... a great start. Even though this was a small job, he was happy to answer all my questions and explain to me basic plumbing 101. Aaron was very helpful and informative. Fixing our blocked pipes and locating the source of the issue within minutes. He informed us of more that could be done to prevent the issue, informed us of the current charge and what the charge would be to move forward. We also had other contractors on site whom he was very respectful of. Would recommend.

Aaron did a full plumbing report on my recently purchased property including camera survey, pressure testing and gas appliances. He was friendly, helpful and even fixed my washing machine machine leak. I would certainly recommend him for any plumbing work required.
