Very nice practice. I saw the lovely Dr Eunice Ewe for the first time. I found her to be very compassionate and listened to what I had to say instead of me feeling fobbed off . She had sound advice and was thorough and informative. I am very happy to have found her. . Hopefully I have found myself a permanent dr. Admin staff also very nice and friendly.

I needed an emergency appointment and unable to get one at my normal practice. Booked on Hotdocs and went to surgery about 3 ours later, Reception friendly, doctor professionaland able to assist. Most impressed.

Worst reception and management experience ever! You try and book an appointment on the phone only to be told the system crashed, spend 10 mins on hold then gave up out of frustration only to be called back later that afternoon to tell me that I had missed my appointment! The person who called back (who I presume was a manager) had a chip on her shoulders and was spoiling for an argument! Stay clear! Check out the 1star reviews, sounds like a reoccurring problem at this practice!

My experience at Jupiter Health, Warnbro, started at the front desk. The girls had beautiful smiles and made me feel very welcome as a first timer there. Polite, articulate and warm. The doctor I saw carried on the caring and welcoming approach. He was thorough, explained what I needed to know and was professional from go to woe. They’re a great team of people.

I simply won't go anywhere else! The care and compassion i receive from Dr Rachel Dr Mike Nurse Mel and Practice Manager Jackie is second to none!! Yes....they don't bulk bill anymore which is a shame....but sometimes you have to pay for quality care xxx

I don't usually do reviews but when you go into an appointment knowing exactly what you need based on having a similar infection before then to watch the doctor jump on Google and check what treatment was needed well not good.To cap it off they try to sting me 130 bucks for the appointment and when I questioned why so much was grunted at by the receptionist and not given a straight answer. Surprisingly they only charged me 75 after she checked with the doctor but the attitude was rude and like a good patient I responded back the same wayI am sending formal detailed complaint through which is sad as I have been to the surgery many times when my original Dr was thereHeed the warning and always question your bill as it seems money is all that is driving them

The appointment time was kept without any waiting. The staff were efficient and friendly. It was our first visit to this facility and it was a very positive experience.

New to the practise and I have been going there awhile and decided to bring my son to the practise and saw Dr Mohammad and such a caring Doctor. Doesn’t rush through the appointment and very through too. Highly recommended.
