Torrens Transit - St Agnes Depot
Worst bus service ever always late. Bus drivers rude, cant get in contact with depot to make complaint about drivers after 5pm. Driver would not open door tonight at stop even thought had not moved 5 people were behind me. He even had to stop at red light at bus stop no inconvenience to the driver at all.

Absolutely crappy bus service. Buses almost always run late, & scheduled services sometimes don't arrive at all. Sadly, the switch from Light City to Torrens Transit has not remotely improved the services run from this depot. High time all the staff were fired and replaced with halfway competent people.

Besides busses being perpetually late and the bus drivers being angry and dangerous drivers, the staff working the centre are also extremely rude and unprofessional, when I asked to speak to someone higher up in regards to a complaint I was told I couldn’t speak to anyone else other than the first person to answer the phone, despite part of my complaint being about the manner in which this phone operator was conducting themselves.

If a driver needs assistance they should use their phone, or go in person, not repeatedly honk their horn for 10, 20 minutes. Especially late at night. After the first few time it's obviously not working. Inconsiderate and rude.
