Very professional and well organised firm. I bought a new window/wall (replacement for a very old one) and went looking for a local installer via hipages. Will and the boys at Coastline Air have just dismantled and removed our 20+ year old heavy, broken ducted system and replaced it with a brand new ducted system. They could not have been nicer to deal with, worked incredibly hard, went overboard to clean after a very long day, and we are thrilled with the outcome. Highly recommend!

We engaged Coastline Air having initially made contact through Hipages. Will was prompt in reaching out via this platform, and making time to call out and provide advice and a thorough quote. Having met Will we were so impressed with his knowledge and expertise that we did not feel the need to obtain further quotes. Our job (ducted A/C to a sml - med home) was completed across 2 days and we are very happy with the result. Will, along with his team of Jake and Brody worked well and were very respectful. It was refreshing to have polite tradesman here that didn’t use bad language, cleaned as they worked and did not have a radio blaring or disturbing the neighbouring homes. We used coastline to install a split system for a large living area. They were quick and efficient.A month or so later the system stopped working properly. We contacted Will who turned up the same day - something had come loose during transportation. Not a big issue, but was very impressed with how quick they responded to an issue. It’s easy to give great reviews when everything goes perfectly, but it’s how well a company responds and provides aftercare that sets them apart.I used coastline to install 3 further units - no bigger recommendation.
