Baby Bunting Osborne Park

Disappointing service from the elderly lady with blonde hair at the counter. Came in around 11am this morning and no one was in store for a Thursday morning. Advised that I needed to purchase a baby present for a staff member at work from our company. Willing to spend over $500 in store. Asked for help, and asked what she would recommend and showed her a couple of photos of what I was after and she just pointed in a random direction and told me I'd find the items over there. I then found those items, bought them to the counter and advised ill be browsing further, as I had more money left to spend and couldn't hold the items as they were too big. She shrugged me off and had massive attitude like I was bothering her. Didn't even offer to help me or choose items for a new born, as I don't have kids myself so I don't really know what I'm looking for. Finally went to the counter with the things I wanted to purchased, and I asked for the complimentary wrapping as there is a big sign at the front advising they do that, when I asked, she said we can't do that. I then said, no worries do you have any bags I can get as I had $500 worth of items. She then replied, there's a trolley outside. Great. Thanks for your assistance. Some people should not be in customer service if you're going to take out your bad mood on paying customers.

Incredibly rude front of counter staff member served me. I really was sorry to spend my hard earned money there. I Honesty would have cancelled the >$800 purchase were it not for a voucher I received & wanted to use.

The old lady at the counter today has the worst attitude ever. I needed some help to find a replacement part for my pram which I bought from the store. Without even letting me finish my sentence, she shut me up saying they don’t sell part and can’t help me at all. There is literally no one in the store at 9am so I’m not sure why is she brushing me off. I was so turned off I left even though I had something to buy.

I have come to this particular store several times and the assistance I have received is non existent. This is not from lack of trying either. Today was the last straw when we had our five month old with us and looking at some carriers. We had asked three assistants for help with all of them saying we will be right with you. 45 min later standing in the same location we decided to leave. Extremely poor service and I think it also might be something to do with how I look as my wife has now noticed the assistance she receives is instant compared to when I am with her.

Everytime I manage to get there, to buy things I need for my baby, I get the most horrendous service.Is it because the store seems to only have 2 staff? Which I understand would be harsh on these people.. Or Maybe it is actually because it’s the only baby shop around so they stopped caring about customer service.Each simple question about a breast pump, nappies or prams is always received by chocked eyes from the staff who acts like finding them in the depths of the store is an act of disgrace .We are here to raise beautiful, kind humans, we have a great purpose, why not make it a happy place?! It is not that hard to simply be nice

The old lady at the counter (I think her name is Lyn) is incredibly rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. It seems I am not the first to have experienced her bad manners. This is not acceptable! People are spending huge amounts of money in store. Come on baby bunting… do better.

Super customer service from a number of staff members. Busy Sunday before the Easter long weekend, yet they were all working efficiently and helping both customers and each other. Nice atmosphere. I couldn’t quite assemble a baby bouncer myself, so they were kind enough to put it together for me and point out the batteries I would need.

Staff provided erroneous information, requesting a bring my child for a car seat fitting. I was late getting my child to the fitting, so they turned me away and had me rebook another session. Turns out however my child wasn't required at all.1. Provided incorrect information2. Extremely inflexible when it comes to meeting times3. Quick to assign blame to customer but not admit to providing wrong information4. The staff were packing up their tent for the car fitting during the time of my appointment, heading home earlyCar seats aren't cheap. We're paying big bucks for expensive items to be fitted while following your requests to make our children available. So try to be more accommodating with session times, or at least take on some of the responsibility when you make a mistake.

More props to the Maxi-Cosi sales rep who helped me choose a Mother's Choice convertible booster seat for my parent's vehicle. I didn't ask for her name, but twice she's delivered first-class customer service with her exceptional product knowledge and approachable demeanour. The store manager also added me as a joint-owner on my partner's account so I could make use of the loyalty rewards points she and I had accumulated. Very friendly service from Jody on the front desk too. Can't fault the team at Baby Bunting Osborne Park, including the warehouse staff. Thank you for another impeccable customer experience.
