Highly recommend this place for all sorts of recovery and general maintenance of the body. I love the compression boots to start off with, followed by the hot + cold plunge. Well worth the investment for the body.

First time today- signed up for the intro offer and started with a sauna/cold plunge session. (Followed by an ocean swim)The whole facility is so clean and beautiful. Loved it. Can’t wait to go back.
