Bond Cleaning Brisbane

Had these guys come and clean my place on short notice. Did an amazing job. Definitely be using them again and highly reccomend them.

Would definitely recommend. Although they kept adding extra prices to the bond clean (such as patio, garage etc.), I got a full bond refund and they did a great job. Will be using their services again.

Charged extra for time not spent at the property. Refused to reimburse for pre-paid carpet cleaning when they didn't do the carpet cleaning at all and told us so. Refused to return to clean outstanding items after various phone calls, emails and texts. The cleaner himself was good - but this is a VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY who rip off people!

I hired this company to do a 'Move out clean' in preparation to sell my property, what a MISTAKE!!! I chose this company as they had good reviews, not sure how. I was not looking for cheap, I wanted quality as we were about to sell, but what I got was irreparable damage to my property.On coming home we found that our hardwood floors had deep visible scratches down to the wood in numerous spots throughout our house. A magic eraser sponge had also been used on marks on our high gloss doors, so we now have visible dull scratched spots. There was also parts of the clean which were not done.On discussing our upset at the damage to our hardwood floors we were told that a 'floor specialist' would come out to repair the damage. The 'specialist' did come to our property, looked at only 1 spot of damage, spoke in another language to the cleaners, did not acknowledge me, then walked back out without even speaking to me! I was then told by the cleaners that the job was too big for the specialist. I was then asked to source a repairer myself.If you have quality finishes and fixtures in you home I would NOT recommend this company as they clearly do not know how to clean them without causing irreparable damage. Do not be fooled by the Google reviews like I was! These are just 2 pictures from the multiple spots of damage throughout our home.

Awesome Bond cleaning service. I truly think they have done a fantastic job.There are few scratches mark on the wall by table, laundry basket and Bond Cleaning Brisbane also try to erase them all the mark. From that I can truly tell they even focus on tiny dirt!Also as a shift worker they are happy to use SMS as communication method and make it so much simpler.Absolutely 5-stars service and I am sure I can get all my bond back!Thank you Bond Cleaning Brisbane.

Stay away or loose your money. No customer service. Hang up calls and no replies. Very close to being a scam.
