I have recently gone into business for myself having taken over a take-away restaurant that was in dire need of some TLC after a couple of hard years of neglect and poor management. As a result there was a need to replace and upgrade a lot of equipment in order to even keep the doors open. Dealing with Aimee at ERS has been easy and pleasant. She's listened to my needs and taken into account my strict budget while I build this business back up from nothing and been able to give me very quick turnarounds when the need arises.Most recent example was my need for a refrigerator. The fresh produce refrigerator that was in the shop when I bought it, was old and neglected and was only a matter of time before it failed. When it did I called Aimee and had a replacement delivered to my shop and installed the very next morning. No hassle, no fuss and no time wasted.

The service that Aimee from ERS constantly provides is above and beyond anything I have experienced not just within the industry, but in business in general. She is extremely prompt, professional and personable and even follows up after the sale has been completed to make sure we are happy with the product.

Sold me a faulty deep fryer and then went quiet once I reported the issue. Had purchased the fryer for school holidays but couldn't use it. Never an apology from them. Terrible communication and customer service.
