Do not trust them!I and my friends bought a ticket from them over a year ago, the flight has been cancelled and they offered me to refund my half of the money. Then they told me to wait until next year MARCH, they still didn't give our money back!!!!!!!

I bought flights with iFly prior to the pandemic (October 2019) and they were very accommodating and understanding with my emails with regards to checking in how the flights were being dealt with. In the end, the flights were cancelled by the airline (April 2020) and iFly were quick to let me know and process the refund minus cost of administrative fee. Understandable with the fee as there was lots of behind the scene managing flight changes before the ultimate cancellation of the flight. Hope to go through with iFly again now that borders have seemingly reopened for travel.
