Mister Minit The Pines Elanora

I always go to this MM for keys, shoes and boots to be re-heeled and engraving and have never been disappointed. Today I stupidly locked my keys in the car and he managed to help me out in minutes. He absolutely saved my day and I am so grateful. So quick and very professional. Thank you so much for helping me and for all your other work!! Definitely recommend.

Went to get my shoes fixed. Three different shoes. Would not fix any of them. Had an excuse to not do what I asked for ALL shoes! Awful service, rude and condescending, clearly does not want to help or be helpful. Would never go back again.EDIT AFTER YOUR REPLY: trying to ring you with number below in your answer - keeps going to message bank - when is good a good time to ring that number?Went to Mister Minit in Burliegh shopping Center - that very helpful man fixed all my shoes much cheaper than the man at Elanora was suggesting - the man at Elanora made it pretty clear he does not want any business. Will attempt to get his name.

I had a new remote key made for my car and received excellent customer service and reasonably priced as well.

Always amazing service and knowledge. Have helped me out many times with batteries, key cuts and advice. Would highly recommend them, always

Went to collect a pair of shoes from them today. Don’t know why we were given a funny look. We were throwing smiles at them but got stared back with blank expression instead. We’ll have to think twice going back there again . It’s ashamed really cause service had been pretty good.

Lost my car keys today and the lads at Mr Minit reprogrammed a new one and had me up and running within 20 minutes, good job
