Literally the worst service. As someone who’s worked in this franchise I have never seen such poor work done by staff ever. I understand it’s a busy Saturday night but waiting over an hour for food is ridiculous only to be told they couldn’t make our order because they didn’t have rice. If I could give a negative star rating I would.

Tasty food, freshly cooked, well seasoned. The 'Hot' and 'Medium' peri-peri sauces are really good on chicken. Reasonable price for quality food. Nice ambience and good seating. Ordered online, but great service from the crew members.

Food seems fresh and their new retail look is fresh. I love their chilli range and their chips can be a bit spicy for young kids but are delicious.I enjoy their salad pita (less bread)Nice store to have in that centre for people who don’t want to eat waffles, sushi, dumplings or pizza.

Wish we'd read the reviews first. We had to find some where close by to eat. Ordering took longer than if the staff standing and chatting just took it. When our salads were delivered to table we were asked which salad wasn't meant to have cucumber, he responded with phew we got the right one." Then he walks back and says "oh you might find one in there". No problem.We are wondering where our fries and drink were and were nearly about to ask when they came over. We asked for them to be takeaway now. All that was required was they went into a container and straight back to us. This didn't happen so eventually we asked where they were as we had to go (along with our missing drink). The guy says oh ill have to make fresh ones. He heads out the back and returns a long time later. We ask for a refund and were told they'll just take a few minutes

Staff were very rude, sticky floor and tables, cold chips and paella, the paella we got was missing 1/3 of it. Been a customer at Albany Creek branch since they opened and was by far the best one! Our new regular will be Newmarket even though it is much farther.

Not accepting cash is the primary reason I would rather eat elsewhere. Some of the staff there are friendly, some not so much. They forget to include the spicy mayo about 90% of the time when I order the power up bowl. I once had the sun dried tomatoes forgotten also. I constantly have to check my order before I leave to make sure they get it right.

Good food, clean and a Helpful staff. Not sure why so many have had a different experience but it was fine today. Maybe new management?

Absolute joke of a place.Go in to order takeaway. Won't take the order as you have to do it through qr. Quicker to take the order and provide real customer service instead of standing around and someone wiping tables with zero people that are already clean just to look busy. App couldn't even take payment so we up and left . Avoid

Seatings inside & outside are provided in this Carseldine shop. Staff is attentive & working hard. We place order via Nando app so that staff can focus on food preparation.The quality of spicy chicken is good compared with those I took last week in Melbourne.
