I am in Adelaide and looking for a classical guitar, case and tuner.I was a bit worry about ordering music instrument from online store.However, Tristan answered all my questions and gave me appropriate advice and his recommendation promptly.Finally, I order the items with great price and reasonable flat rate delivery fees.I received the items in a week and they were well packed, of course in perfect condition.They are very professional and experienced seller.I really recommend this excellent store to everyone, even who lives in other states.

Excellent service from Quinn.He went out of his way to advise and guide me while choosing my first concert Ukulele.I was there for quite some time trying to select my Ukulele and his level of service, patience and enthusiasm never faultered.They have a great range of quality instruments and prices and I will be heading back soon to purchase a Tenor Ukulele as at one week in I'm hooked and need more lol.Just had to add that on both my second and third visits the service remained outstanding. Congrats to Tristan and the team, thanks again.

I took my cello into Crescendo for advice and a service. I explained what I needed: a new bow, rosin, new set of strings, something to stop the pegs slipping and a dab of varnish on a small cosmetic scratch. These things were agreed on. I went to collect it a few days later. No new bow, untuned, no rosin, pegs still slipping, no varnish touch-up. So basically all they did was put the strings on.The person I dealt with had no record or knowledge of the other things I had requested, so had to wait while they found a new bow and the other things. Disappointed, will continue to purchase products from Crescendo, but will take my cello and clarinet elsewhere for support and servicing from now on.

Phenomenal customer service for a small online order.Two days ago I ordered a set of Alaska finger picks for classical guitar. Crescendo Music had all but one of the sizes I'd requested in stock. Tristan from their team contacted me immediately to ask if I would be happy to wait for their supplier to provide another item to fulfil the entire order, or if I'd be happy with a reduced order. As I was happy to reduce the order by the single pick, Tristan processed an immediate partial refund and adjusted shipping for the new order weight.In my experience, this level of customer service in music retail tends to be reserved for orders of over a thousand dollars, and even then it's occasionally dissatisfying. This experience with Crescendo Music has most definitely earned them a new customer, and I look forward to doing much more business with them in future.

It's 1 of the smaller music stores we visited looking for ukuleles and was blown away at the incredible range. Young Damon helped us ,he was friendly ,talented,knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us pick a ukulele and accessories. Very impressed with Damon and the store .the bigger store can be overwhelming and cluttered. Totally recommend crescendo if your after a stringed instruments, music books and excellent service
