My wife and I were considering purchase of a property in Melbourne and I found this company via Google search and it was based on the positive comments here that I decided to choose them. I left an online query late in the evening and received a response bright and early the next morning from Geoff. Geoff has a very approachable manner on the phone and explained the inspection process in detail and was able to go look at the property the very next day.By 7pm the report was waiting in the email and Geoff made himself available to go through the report in detail over the phone. He also took the time to walk through the repairs involved to rectify items noted in the report again the following day after I'd had a good chance to read through and digest the details. Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received both before and after the inspection was conducted and I would definitely recommend Geoff's service. When you are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars or more, the cost of a proper building inspection is most certainly worth it.
