Worst pharmacy. I've had several issues here but the last straw was when they sold me the cheaper brand of Nexium. I was told that yes they are exactly the same ingredient. However ive just found out after months of feeling sick that the cheaper brand has lactose in it. Not once have i had good customer service here. Doesn't help that ive been served by the same lady every time (older, short brown hair with glasses). I will not give any more money to these guys.

I went in to grab some bonjela for my daughter, was in there about a minute picked it up off shelf and turned to see shop assistant about ten centermetres from my face and basically took it off me and took it to counter! It made me feel like I was a thief, I found it very rude and this is the 3rd time it has happened! Most customers are quite capable of taking products to counter without assistance. If I wanted help I would of asked for it.

I went to this pharmacy to grab a few supplies to dress a wound. I think the lady who helped me was named Carolyn? She was really polite and pleasant to talk to, and offered me sound advice. It's easily the best service I've received at a pharmacy, and in future I'll definitely be choosing this one. Thanks!

All the staff here go above & beyond to look after you, I am always greeted like a valued customer & treated like 1, If they don't have a product they will order it for you. I am a problem customer as I have alot of Medical issues & have alot of allergies to medications, the staff are so accommodating to me & very patient. I cannot recommend them high enough, plus their pricing is very competitive. Thank you :)
