Came in on a quiet Saturday night, hardly any customers, had to wait 10 minutes for someone to see our attempts for attention. Asked for water twice, heat lamps to be turned on 3 times till the only caring waiter came and turned them on. We were served by 4 waters and the only the waiter seemed to actually care was a male.Waited almost 45 minutes for 2 Simple pasta dishes after going and asking when the food is coming as we were just about to ask for takeaway.Food was good, nothing great.Customer service was absolutely horrific.

Gnocchi was lovely, but absolutely swimming in sauce. Service was great apart from a snarky waitress. The music was supposedly live background but we could hardly hear our waitperson- after we had him repeat his words 3 times- we said music is too loud we can't hear you. Then a couple refused a table near the music- can't blame them!- and the snarky waitress gossiped behind their back. She saw me looking at her and stopped. 3 strikes sorry.

I ordered the grilled chicken and chickpea pure. The combination of these two flavours match perfectly. I asked for a cold salad instead of the asparagus one and the staff was very friendly with my request. The restaurant atmosphere is lovely, I'll definitely be back soon to try new dishes!

Last Friday I went to have dinner with friends at Julio's. I was very impressed with the lovely atmosphere and great live music . The waiters were very friendly and always keen to help.We ordered different dishes to share: the homemade pastas were delicious and the pizzas as well. My daughter loved her pizza margarita and the best was the pizza with Nutella which was the favourite among the kids.I will definitely recommend this place as it has very yummy food.

I recently went to Julio's for a Birthday dinner in the lovely private dining room. The food was out of this world. I love that they make their own pasta every day. Chef Gonzalo explained the dishes to us with passion and enthusiasm. The menu is amazing. I can't wait to come back and keep discovering. To me it is one of the best Italian restaurants in Perth.

We had such a great business dinner with my colleague at Julio’s. I would like to highlight that service was outstanding, everyone who works there had a big smile in their face and they were doing such a great job to provide excellent service to their guests. I would definitely visit again.

Menu limited - staff super good - no steak buster a for three days - $12 for a glass of non alcohol wine plus 15 percent is steep! Pizza push in menus - too many carb dishes with pasta focus - very expensive for that - lots of places nearby but it’s handy if staying in hotel - easy parking- If you are staying in-house- I found that it's better to order room service because it's very quick – did that for breakfast and preferred and actually then being downstairs– It was quicker and as good- But no salt-and-pepper something to note thank you

It's a lovely and cosy place. We went with my partner and we are happy to have chosen the chef's table as the food was delicious and we didn't have to worry about choosing. Will be coming back without doubt.

Best dining experience I’ve ever had. Service was excellent going above and beyond to accommodate my drink taste by making an off menu cocktail which tasted and looked amazing. The food came out quickly and tasted even better than it looked. The restaurant is beautiful and great for a romantic dinner. Will definitely be back.
