Been living in the area for a few years and, whilst pizza isn't something I get often, this Domino's is always timely with my pizzas. The quality is in line with what one would expect from Domino's... it's not fine dining but it's serviceable fast food.Recently, I had an app voucher that dropped off when it was processed at the order's submission. The staff member who served me was aware of the deal and able to correct the pricing at payment.

Everytime i order almost its wrong. Today agin i placed the delivery order. And after 1 hour of placing i called to check about the order and they said me that they dont know what happened to the order and offered me to do that time again i waited for half an hour get it and its wrong they added jalepenos the pizza which doesnt even come with it. Whts the fun of waiting almost 1 hour 40 minutes when u still gets the wrong pizza

Absolutely appalled by the pizza I received when using Domino's $15 delivered deal from this store. The so called thin and crispy pizza arrived thin and soggy. The additional pepperoni topping which I had paid for was not on the pizza. Not only that but this chicken and camembert pizza had slices which had no chicken at all on them. No slice had more than a single tiny fragment of chicken on it and the ground beef additional topping may or may not have been there but if it was, it was only present in quite insignificant amounts. Is this the way all domino's pizzas at this store are made or is it only the $15 deal that gets this treatment? In either case, it is, in my opinion, tantamount to fraud. I cannot begin to express how annoyed I am about this. I would also like to know why, on the $15 deal, which says delivered"

Domino’s Pizza Calamvale
I'm rating Domino's Calamvale with four stars because despite a few instances of overcooked pizza, particularly around the crust, their service has been consistently timely and the pizza is always delivered hot. The deals offered are fair, and their mobile app is excellent and user-friendly, besides the paid ad messages after you order the pizzas of course. On the occasions when the pizza is cooked to perfection and generously topped, it's an outstanding experience - but unfortunately, this doesn't happen as frequently as I'd like. Despite the occasional overcooked crust, Dominos pizza Calamvale continues to provide a generally satisfactory service.

I placed my online order via the website at 2:50pm for pick up for 3 pizzas and a garlic bread at 5:45pm. I get there at 5:45pm and they said it’s still being made. I waited for an additional 15 mins while the staff tended to other customers. They notice I’m still waiting and finally at 6pm the girl on the checkouts asked the employees making the pizzas where is my order. The younger boy had no idea and then the girl said we seem to have misplaced your pizzas / can’t find the receipt even though I showed my email confirmation. They said they can reprint the order but will have to wait another 15 minutes so I just asked for a refund and left because I couldn’t wait another 15+ mins. That would’ve been 45 mins for just 3 pizzas and a garlic bread where plenty were made and sitting in the shelf. They are all young and seemed chaotic, no one knew how to do refunds except one older girl. There was also swearing come from the kitchen. So unprofessional and terrible service. Really disappointed.

Domino’s Pizza Calamvale
This has to be the worst Dominos in the country! Picked up my 2 pizzas and when I got home I realised one of them was wrong. When I called the store they said they'd deliver a replacement in 15min. I called again 25min later and was told they had put it down as a pick up and it'll be another 15min! The delivery driver called me 20min later and was at the wrong address. Incompetent is an understatement!!
