Bought left ova rubbish that was going to b thrown out according to the cashier got there too late to get what i needed

We went to every other store but couldn't find 'normal' clothing. Everything was either for teenagers or kids. Rivers has all sizes where we found clothes for my son, my husband and me, including a gift for my family interstate. So well priced. Love this place. The staff are so professional too.

to get their sale deals you need to sign up as a member. what you don't get told is that they will then farm out your contact information to all the affiliate brands under the Mosaic Group (formerly Noni B) brand who Rivers is a part of, and you will receive CONSTANT text messages from a heap of other companies advertising sales, discounts, etc. its a pain in the a**, and really poor practice. I've unsubscribed from several of these texts but they keep coming.

After being unable to order 2 pairs of shoes on line because of some glitch I decided to take a trip to Nowra.I picked up 2 pairs of shoes and upon paying for them was given a $5 voucher for my next purchase. On my way out I spotted another pair similar to what I have at home but different colour for 14.95. When I went to pay for it I was told that the value had to be of $15 and in order to use the voucher I had to buy something else. I have lots of socks so didn't need any. The sales assistant suggested a shopping bag for $4.95 so the purchase that I wanted to make for 14.95 still cost me the same. A little disappointing.When I got home I found that the right shoe of one pair was looser then the other so I have to make another trip to Nowra. Not very happy. I must say that the sales assistants were very pleasant and helpful.

I have been a Rivers customer for many, many years where I once used to buy all my clothing needs there. I no longer do all my clothing purchasing there, but it is still a favourite with me where I'll go to buy certain items. I'm always happy with there sales.

Took my grandson we got some great bargins ,very helpfull staff

Staff not helpful at all. Waited to ask a question on where some shoes were. Not acknowledged at all that I was waiting even though I got a few glances (a hi won't be a minute" doesn't take much). Then when I was finally acknowledged I asked my question only to be waved into a spot

The store manager should be sacked her attitude stinks. Blamed me for asking for a refund even though head office approved it. Told me she'd lose her job. Also got told by another staff member I should shop in the store not online. I won't be shopping with MOSAIC BRANDS EVER AGAIN.

Tried to get an exchange here but didn't have the right size.. tried to deny me a refund but there is a sign on the door. To feel safe in the knowledge that if ever not happy a full refund will always be granted..They did eventually give me a refund.. but if I didn't complain they would have gotten away with it
