Had a fault with a door & tenant requested repairs from this company .. They stated the doors had to be hardwired instead of laser operation. The service person I spoke to on site confirmed the necessary repairs $1250. All doors were repaired & fitted with new electric motors & hardwired 18 months previously. What a joke! The initial installer was instructed to carry out necessary repairs resulting in a replacement capacitor. Simple, easy to people who know what they are doing. Never again with this Company!

This company has overpromised & under delivered! A garage door at 1 of our complexes seized in mid December 2013, & despite countless undertakings by Brenda & Shane for a temporary repair, the job has yet to be commenced & it is now 1 March 2014. This company quoted me $3,000 for a new door because of their perceived design fault". but I have since been quoted a fee of $325 for a new spring + labour of $400 for a complete repair. Our builder used Airport Doors for a new construction at Kelvin Grove in late 2012 & I have requested that Airport Doors not EVER be used again. Chris Laing."
