Picked up the new Tiguan two days ago after a loonnggg wait. It was worth the wait. Alfie has been great providing us updates, and when it arrived got a call straightaway. I recently purchased a new (demo) T-Roc from Sydney City Volkswagen and the experience was outstanding. The service from the sales team was wonderful to say the least, in particular Lorelei with whom I dealt with as far as the sale went. Dijana and Max were also very helpful indeed. Love my new T-Roc.

Fantastic dealership, i dealt with Keith recently and bought a new Skoda Karoq through him. Time line of getting the car was fantastic and i was constantly updated by Keith on delivery. I was forced to have our car repaired by a Motorserve preferred Panel beater, the job was substandard. I called VW to get an assessment in desperation, but they were booked up. In my frustration, I terminated the call. Sharlita immediately called back, saving the situation by making 3 recommendations with NRMA to rectify the job regardless and softly disciplining me. I am indebted, superior service. Thank you Sharlita.
