We had a fantastic stay! It was over 40° and the room had the air con on which was a God send. The reception were very accomodating and friendly and up for a laugh. Overall a very enjoyable stay for a young family.

Nice location and spacious rooms, but gosh, full of german cockroaches!!! badly in need of pest control. DO NOT keep any open food items, even in fridge and microwave oven, there were cockroach infestations. The managers were excellent and nice people, no doubt, but the units need some care on pest control.

Well appointed room, very comfy beds, slept like a log, very quiet even though on main highway, Owners couldn't have been any better.As we were driving through late and we rang the Motel and given directions being new to the area was great, heater was on ready for us as it was a cold night, much appreciated, would recommend anytime passing through call in and see for yourself.If passing again would stay without question, very clean and fresh. Thanks for the room and welcome.

Owner called me and cancelled my 1 night booking so he could give the room to someone that wanted to stay 2 nights.I was left scrambling trying to find a family room elsewhere on short notice.

Poor water pressure and tap system, stained bed, disgusting chair you wouldn't sit in and stained blanket. Chose to pay more for this motor inn over others thinking I was getting more or at least a hygienic stay. Definitely spend your money elsewhere, this is over priced!

The staff joe Jodie and Ruth were very kind and accommodating nothing was too much for them stayed 6 nights and had a good time coming to NSW well drop by and stay at Baybrook it’s worth it

Rooms are reasonable. They need better ways to stop the smoke from smoker's sitting outside from coming in under the door.
