I would not recommend this Subway as I have tried to organise a refund and the boy who is working there keeps on hanging up on me, he is very rude and will not pass me onto his manager.My granddaughter placed an online order for delivery from Buderim Subway and after the order went through it came back as pick up, When we requested a refund we were told by the person working that he would organise this after he finished his orders and then he hung up on me. After making several attempts to to contact him he finally answered the phone and said we could get a refund through the app I ask how to do this and he promptly hung up on me again. I have since left messages and tried to contact him again but he is not answering the phone. I would apricate getting the refund and for someone to contact me as my granddaughter works on weekend to earn pocket money and she cannot afford to waste money. I think your web site needs to be up graded to detail where they do not deliver to before payment is taken.

Had fantastic service from Saree. Was wonderful to talk to and very welcoming. Made the number of subs while asking how my day was and very kind and helpful.

Three staff working, one doing online orders, one making walk-in orders and the other out the back with 8-10 people waiting to be served during lunch period. Watched people walk in and leave after the line wasn’t moving. Ended up walking out myself after waiting 20 mins and seeing only one person served in that time.

5 stars because today Ive been serviced by a guy called Jared (I think). He look liked a new employee but he had a great customer service skill. He Explained everything really clear, offered me some sides or other options and at the same time extremely kind. Congrats Mate! You guys need a crew like that

hardly anything in my sub i ordered.trainee had no concept of customer service.6 people lined up and one by one getting served, i waited 20 minutes.

This is a terribly run subway. In store is pretty rundown and dirty, staff are ok some of the time but overall pretty uninterested, the store should be banned from online order platforms. Have had futile orders on Uber eats and Eat Club, they accept orders and then they just cancel after 40 minutes because the order times out and no one is available to answer the phone. Get staff or turn online ordering off. Pretty simple technology.

Poor customer service, subs weren’t toasted as requested, my veggie patty was raw and frozen and my drink was missing. Wasn’t that bothered, however when I called them to enquire about the drink or a possible refund they were rude and hung up on me. If I could give 0 Stars, I would!

Went into Buderim store and ordered 2 footlong subs with coke. The young lady was very nice and charged over $44, when we queried the price she stated she had added an additional half inch to our order. Which she would have known when charging. It was only because we asked why it cost so much that we were refunded the cost of the half inch. It pays to question and ask for a receipt.
