Excellent pharmacy, patient & skilled pharmacists, & assistants, especially the manager pharmacist Betty, who patiently provide valuable advice to us. This pharmacy has also natural products to complement its pharmaceutical remedies.

Not great on customer service. Due to living close I have come here out of convenience many times but the service is always terrible. The first time I waited a long time at the counter to be served and the two young girls new I was there but continued to stock the shelves instead of putting my purchase through.Only one time did a girl ask if I needed help. I asked her if they price match and she said “no” and walked off in my face. I mean they are twice the price of chemist warehouse and they don’t offer any deals or price match. It seems like there not trained well in service because they come across as either snobby or look like they want to be anywhere but working working their. On another occasion I put a script in only to be grouched at because the date was old. What do you want me to do apologies for having an old script I haven’t used yet that is still in date? The place is overpriced and the staff a blatantly unapologetically rude. Back to chemist warehouse it is.

I visit the pharmacy on Saturdays and what a pleasure it is. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable providing impeccable customer service. The pharmacist in charge always greets you with a smile, has a very caring nature and is genuinely a good person going above and beyond expectations to help. It's a pleasant environment with a good and professional team

Amazing pharmacy!!I had a fantastic experience as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by a staff member who asked if I needed any help, I then told her I was looking for a make up product, she directed me to the beauty advisor Rachael who absolutely blew me away with her knowledge on anything beauty related. Anyone who is Someone like me and has very little knowledge about make up, go and see Rachael! She is so friendly and patient and really helped me with my everyday routine!Also clean store, everything is nice and new and the health food shop is a massive bonus for me! I don’t see me visiting any other pharmacy again!

Massive Priceline store. Had a huge range of products. Was able to get everything I needed and not too buys either!

Today, I need get a sign from one pharmacist, even they were busy，they( including one staff member) still help me. The pharmacist had a lot of patience, and he shows his profession. They did very good job. Why I have this feeling, because I just got rejection from chemist warehouse. I appreciate that.

Beautiful and clean pharmacy who offer amazing services with great offers and rewards. All pharmacists and shop assistants where very attentive and have experience on all products and scripts, employees were also trained to be able to find similar products if an item was out of stock and offer expert advice. Health store, dorevitch and moons wellness Chinese medicine all onsite is very appealing and a bonus in the same location.
