Tri-Tech Air Conditioning & Electrical

Tritech installed a Daikin Air Conditioner. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with an ongoing noisy unit where a few parts had to be replaced under warranty, but in the end, the Tritech guys together with Daikin were able to resolve the issue. Thanks for your persistence with replacing parts to rectify the issue for me. Thanks again.

10 out of 10, we had 4 split systems installed, everything that was promised was delivered and then some!! I would highly recomend Tritech to anyone looking at installing new A/C units!!

Administration were extraordinarily helpful with our heater on the blink in the middle of a chilly winter morning (Brisbane, yes I know cold) ...someone came out the next day .... a part was needed but due to the age of the system they didn't have it on hand. Admin phoned to advise cost and did we want it now or see how we go after the service. 2 days later we ordered the party via Tri Tech and within a week it was installed by the very helpful, friendly and professional service team. All in all a wonderful service.

We sought advice and quotes from 5 companies to replace our ducted air conditioning units - 3 responded. Two out of those 3 were sales oriented and one displayed superior technical and product knowledge and that was Nick Flaton from Tri-Tech. Within a few days we were provided with a number of options in written quotes and our questions were answered promptly. After making our selection to go with a Mitsubishi system there were supply problems from Japan however Nick gave us regular updates and as soon as a system was available it was installed.The installation team arrived on time as arranged, worked like Trojans all day and had the new system operating later that day. A follow-up visit occurred a week later to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.I don’t usually write reviews however the excellent advice, service, personal contact and professional conduct of Tri-Tech deserves special mention in the hope that others can experience the seamless service and value for money we received . The 5 year warranty also adds peace of mind.

I can't recommend Tri-Tech Air Conditioning enough. Everyone I dealt with from the Lady i spoke to when I first made an inquiry, to Nick who came out and discussed my options/provided me with quotes and then the crew who did the install of the system. We had Ducted air conditioning that was approx 20 years old. After Nick came out for a visit he went through our options and the recommendation was to replace the whole system which we totally agreed with based on the age of the system. He gave us options without any pressure at all. They completely removed the old system which based on where the old system was in the roof wasn't 100% easy. The crew doing the install arrived on-time and completed the install in the time frame given. They were here from 7.00am to 3.00pm and at the end we had a fully running system. At the start of the install they ran through everything so I was 100% happy with how it was being setup. Everyone was really friendly and made the process so easy.

We've had Tri Tech out a few times over the last couple of years for services and installs and they always do an amazing job. They are professional, polite and fairly priced.Thanks to Daniel who came out a few weeks ago and Tyson who came out today, our split systems are working so well after having you out.

I had to make an appointment for a service this morning and I couldn't have asked for better service. Sssooo helpful and friendly. She really went above and beyond. Thank you Tri Tech.
