I've been visiting Neutral Bay Family Dental for 6 years now, and can't say enough good things about the team. Not only are they all welcoming and friendly, they're all deeply knowledgeable about their field.Louis has incredible attention to detail, is thorough but gentle with the tools, and efficient. Whether it was fixing a chip on my tooth so it's invisible, or removing my aligners so my teeth look as good as new; every time I see Louis, everything is perfect.Dr Lynette is wonderful. She's committed to making my teeth the best they can be, and takes a forward looking perspective on how to improve things. She removed all my wisdom teeth in the chair, has coached me through aligners, and keeps me accountable for my dental hygiene on a regular basis. I have been nervous around dentists for years after a few bad experiences at my old dentist, however Louis from Neutral Bay Family Dental has completely changed that! When I made the first appointment, I asked to be put with their most gentle staff member - which is where Louis came in. He is so lovely, calm, patient, and knowledgeable. He sat me down and asked what exactly it was I didn’t like about the dentists to see if he could avoid that/make it better for me, and he explained everything he was doing during every step of the way. Louis is absolutely lovely and it feels like I’m chatting with a friend when I’m in there.I’ve recommended him to all my friends and family, and would recommend him and the staff at Neutral Bay Family Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist!I can happily say I’m not scared to go to the dentist anymore :)

Dr Lynette Lim solved a big issue I was having with gum disease and general dental hygiene. Easily the best dentists you'll find in the area and possibly Sydney, highly recommended.
