Really Bad Service! They don't value their clients.I signed a contract for a property and then I contacted Penny to ask her to help me with conveyancing she pointed out that there was a cooling off period and I should carry out a building and pest inspection and that if it doesn’t pass or the repairs are more than the .25% penalty that I could withdraw from the contact. I did ask her to hold off on and work and quickly booked an inspection which was done in 2 days following.Within those 2 days she decided to carry out searches even though she knew that there was a strong chance I would be cooling off and not purchasing. Even though I had cooled off one the property I was billed for these costly title searches even though I did not request it along with $600 for talking to her over the phone about the purchase cooling off.BTW. I'm a repeat client!Normally there is just a small fee if the contract is terminated which I am more than happy to pay, however Parker Simmonds Broadbeach prefers to charge and overcharge for services not even carried out changing me over $900 upon termination rather than valuing their clients and the ongoing work. Just greedy and unprofessional.
