Incredible food in the most idyllic, classic Australian setting. Well worth taking a short trip off the highway for. We shared the roast vegetable salad and were blown away - fresh violets, pisatchios, a tangy finger lime dressing to cut through the richness of baked pumpkin and sweet potato, finished with delightful fresh mint and basil stirred through. All this washed down with their house Amber Ale - what a winner!

Something for everyone. Picturesque, quaint little pub, Staff and service, some of the best in the area. A generous variety of beers on tap catering to all tastes. Recommended for anyone with a family, chasing a meal or an afternoon session.

Friendly service, excellent selection of beers, meals were all great, we heard some terrific live music if the beer garden, overall a terrific experience and a really nice way to spend an afternoon.

What a charming old pub. Delightful host, for whom nothing is too much trouble. My husband enjoyed a fantastic, perfectly cooked steak, with a piquant pepper sauce, crispy thick chips and light salad. I changed my mind from the seafood linguine when I saw the special"... mmmm... garlic/chilli mussels

Amazing food (highly recommend the seafood linguini) and an entire gin menu to knock your socks off. Plan to stay close so you can stumble back to bed with a giddy mind and a full tummy. If it wasn't a seven hour drive from Sydney, I'd be in every week!

Worst meal in a long time. Still hungry and so tasteless and just don't understand where the menu lines up with what was delivered. Bar staff on the other hand are very nice and the drinks are good.

Best Country Pub!The Drom - as its affectionately known - has exactly what you want but can't always find in a country pub! An excellent selection of beers and wines, including their own Tilba Ales, and an epic gin selection; a chilled out beer garden that's dog-friendly; and absolutely outstanding food! We've been many times and each time we say how that was 'the best time'! :) But perhaps the best thing of all, the incredible staff - all super friendly and genuine - its clear that they've created an excellent culture and that spills over into their service. We love it! Highly recommend!

The Dromedary hotel saved the day for us. After travelling we stopped in Tilba for what was becoming a late lunch getting on for 2 o'clock. The cafe opposite had a closed sign up even though their advertising said they closed at 2. The bakery was closed too. Another cafe on Google was now non existant. I popped into the pub and asked if the could still do a couple of soups even though it looked like the kitchen was cleaning up. They were so obliging, nothing was too much trouble. The heater was turned back on in the dining room. And the soup and bread were very good too. Thank you.

Our lunch here was the perfect setting. A pub nestled in the picturesque township of Tilba. Personable staff matched well with some local brew and fresh food for lunch. We tried the Tilba Pale Ale which was refreshing and paired just right with my Duck Salad. Choice of both indoor or outdoor dining but given the weather we opted for outside.
