Very Poor Customer Service... Sent multiple emails chasing to get a status update on a delivery eta for a tv unit purchased from their website in September. Have not heard or received any correspondence from them. They have taken over $1000 payment with nothing to show for it. When you call the number, its a voice recording stating that they are moving warehouse and all staff are working from home and to send any requests to their email address. Will be taking this company to the Department of Fair Trading should I not receive a response by the end of the week. Milano Republic, you have been warned.

TERRIBLE.I put an order through on 30/09/2022 and have not received 1 phone call or email regarding the status of my order. Phone lines have been off for weeks and directed to voicemail where they tell you if the matter is urgent email us" yet don't respond to that either. You get an automated email saying they will respond in 1-2 business days...13 business days later and still waiting for a response.Absolutely poor performance. They have taken my money out of my account almost 3 weeks ago with no further updateDo not put an order through as you may not get your money back!"

I am very happy with the dining table and chairs that I bought through Milano Republic. They are of high quality and look stunning in my place. My contact at Milano, Julija, was so helpful and friendly. She went over and above to organise the delivery. I would highly recommend Milano Republic for those unique pieces and Julija for her excellent customer service.

Please don’t purchase from this company! I order in September 30th I attempted multiple times to contact them via emails, phone calls, texts with no response whatsoever just the answering machine stating they are moving warehouse and will call back ASAP. Emails were the same will be responded to in 1-2 business days and nothing at all. Thankful I purchased through zip money. I created a dispute with them about it they tried to contact them and gave them atleast 2 weeks to respond and they never did. I don’t know if it’s a scam or not but you can definitely buy majority of their furniture at other places that are a lot more trustworthy and will actually respond to you. If you have ordered please try to contact the people you went through to endeavour to get your money back or else you’ll be waiting for who knows how long for your furniture to arrive!

Firstly, the items they sell are generic, overpriced and available on other sites (they're basically a furniture drop shipping business). You should visit Interior Secrets, Temple & Webster, Hammond Grange, Cassa Vida or Kogan instead. These companies all have generous returns policies with refund back to your original payment method. Milano Republic only provides store credit refund and even getting that is like squeezing blood from a stone.Secondly, the customer experience is terrible. Everytime I call, the response is your item will be dispatched next week. They also blatantly lie about calling you back to provide an update. Anybody who deals with a delay from Milano Republic should immediately contact the ACCC for remedy as they failed to meet their own timeframe for delivery (Read the other reviews about their false dates). Absolutely shocking! I ordered two stools over a month ago. I tried to call, email and use the online chat to get in touch with customer service to query the current status. There is none! You get notifications that your email has been received but nothing further. Also that the warehouse has been relocated sound suss.Would not recommend - its a scam.

Bought a lamp listed as in stock on 13/9/22. Sent email saying warehouse preparing the same day. No response to multiple emails and phone calls. Suspect, as others, that has gone out of business but they are still collecting money.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I purchased an Eames replica chair and its been 6 months. During the 3 month mark when I asked for an update, they responded and I was happy to continue to wait. It's been 6 months, I've asked them for an update the last 4 weeks, emailing about 4 to 5 times, giving them a week each time to respond as they said in their automatic replies that they're moving warehouses and that their 2 business days response time might be extended. They have not responded once. I've even gone back to their website to contact them, just in case there was something wrong with the email I was corresponding with. No reply and its been over a week. The chair is almost $1200. I need a response and a refund. I've been patient enough and the lack of customer service is appalling. I've tried every avenue of communication with them, email, phone and on the websites contact form! They've taken my money but not given me a product or any indication of when I'm going to receive it. Ordered an item 11 months ago item was never received. You confirmed the order was cancelled 3 months ago and you would refund the money me. Still no refund and you don't respond to any of my follow up emails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS
